What we collect

When you request a price we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, the collection and delivery postcodes, and anything you type into the notes field. We collect this because you asked us to quote for a job — it is used to price the work, carry it out and invoice for it, and for nothing else.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to completed jobs are kept for six years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Who else sees it

Our website host, our email provider and our database provider process this information on our behalf. Where a delivery is covered by a subcontractor, the collection and delivery details are shared with that carrier so they can complete the job. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email barqlineofficial@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
