All work is undertaken by BARQLINE Logistics Ltd subject to our published conditions of carriage. The points below are a summary and do not replace them.
Insurance
Tell us the value of what you are sending before collection, so the right level of cover is in place for the job. We cannot cover what we have not been told about.
What we will not carry
Cash, living creatures, hazardous goods, illegal items, and anything requiring temperature control or specialist licensing.
Timings
Collection and delivery windows are given in good faith based on distance and traffic at the time of booking. We will tell you as soon as we know if something on the road is going to change them.
Payment
Trade accounts are invoiced on 30-day terms. One-off jobs for non-account customers are payable on completion.
